use Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Paste. It replaced my Corsair H70 Air Cooler and finally I have now space and airflow back in my case. After 1h prime95 the CPU stays at 48 degrees (before 51), idle 12 degrees (before 13). CPU %3E AMD FX-8350

i got i5 3570k and verry great cooling system verry quiet if you want a good watercooling kit at low price buy this :)

Compared to the Intel box cooler on my i5-2500k, at full load, my CPU is 25C cooler. While Idle/Min temps are only about 5C-7C cooler. As well with the H60 looking a lot better and being a lot quieter than the Intel Box cooler.
