Yes it is true i just did a install for somebody and it works great at cas 4. if you don t bring up the speed you will not have to bump up the voltage. Some board manufacturers are deaf to are asking to have voltage control over the memory. All in all very good memory for the price but so is the patriot at ddr2 800 for 10 bucks more.

got this for fast affordable ram for my new rig. stock settings are 666mhz (5-5-5-15) 1.8v got it to 690mhz (4-4-4-12) at 1.9v

The Flash Voyager, Flash ReadOut, TurboFlash, Flash Survivor and Mini Flash products all have a warranty for the expected normal life of the product (10 years). The Flash Padlock has a warranty of 3 years. The HX, TX, and VX Series of Power Supplies have a 5 year warranty, and Liquid Cooling products carry a one year warranty. In general, this means Corsair products are guaranteed to operate, as specified by their datasheet, and in the operating environment for which they were intended, for the life of the product or the extent of the warranty.
