So far, so good. It installed no problem although I had to rearrange my hard drives to account for the length of the card but that is not a true knock against the card itself.
Under full load while overclocking and scanning for artifacts using ATI Tool the temperature stays at a cool 52 degrees with the fan at 80%. Beyond 80% and it becomes a bit audible but only because of the sound of air moving, not from the sound of the fan itself. Normal users who have no intention of overclocking will have a nearly silent video card.
The highest overclock that I have been able to run with 100% stability is 837mhz on the core and 1215mhz (2.53Ghz effective) on the memory but some reviews show it going as high as 850mhz and 1300mhz respectively.
I'm extremely pleased with the card and am happy to sacrifice a bit of performance when compared to the 4850 in exchange for a lifetime warranty that is overclocker and modder friendly.

Great card for the price you pay and even moreso with the new implementation of the PhysX drivers. The cooling solution found on this card as opposed to that of the stock (standard) 4850 provides you with an exhaust feature which will keep the internal ambient temperatures down to a minimum rather than to recycle warm air. The warranty offered by EVGA is also lifetime and is aftermarket-friendly if you wish to replace the cooling without fear of voiding the warranty.
Even though this board sports a 55NM GPU, it requires roughly 30 Watts of extra power compared to that of its 55NM brother, the ATI 4850, at idle and will stay roughly the same under load. While this is nothing to write home about, it is something to take into consideration in regards to (not counting amps) properly predicting what kind of power supply you will need. It is also a fairly long card which can be cumbersome to some and especially those who have a cluttered case.

This card is dumb if you ask me...it uses 2 pcie power plugs, with those u can do 4850 crossfirex...or just get 1 4850 and it beats it and only uses 1 pcie 6pin and it outperforms it...uses less power too :)
