USB doesn't work and neither does one of the the card readers. Would highly suggest buying a more expensive card reader and different name brand. Got fooled by the low price.

I must have looked a dozen times to see if I plugged it in wrong somehow. That power light just will not turn off. But this is the only glossy card reader I have found and has 22” cable length according to nGEAR

This is OK as a card reader, but there are better out there. When I plug my USB drive into it, it comes up as an "unknown device", but when I plug it in anywhere else on my computer it is fine. The card reader slots are fine, but other than that, poor. The packaging says it comes with a manual and other things, but the only thing in the package is the reader itself.
