A very good set of ram its an amazing overclocking(1000mhz at 2.1v), has a cool design, and doesn't get hot

Terrible customer service - unalbe to get a hold of this company. I was missing an item that I ordered and after a week I tried to contact them and I was put on hold for 15 minutes before they hung up on me, three times. Instant message customer service did not reply after two days. Finally emailed customer services. Found out that I had to reorder different item and spend more money because the item was out of stock. No one contacted me to tell me that the item was out of stock and discontinued. The email said "sorry for the inconvienance" and offered no help to get me a product. I then asked them to give me another product of equal value and again I got an email that said "sorry for the inconvienence". I eventually got a refund, but now I have to spend more money and wait another week for the product to come in. I wasted 2 weeks trying to get some service and I got nothing. Good products at good prices but the customer service is very bad. I would not recommend this company on its customer service. Good luck if you have any problems.

Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.
