I recently installed this in my HT/Gaming PC and must say that i am quite happy with it save for a couple small issues. For me the detractor's to this product are that no fan is included, even a cheap $5 fan would have been nice! And i seem to have a few fin's that are not fully soldered to the heatpipe's which may intern affect performance?

Overall this is a great cooler and let's my OC'd e5200 idle @ 20c (ambient) and load's @ 32c! I envisioned the installation would be slightly difficult but i could not have been more WRONG! Thermaright hit the mounting setup on the head with this one :) :) :)

Long story short: For the money/SIZE this is a NO brainer! I would definately buy this cooler again :)

To the earlier "reviewer" who commented on the fact that there are no isolator's for the backplate; The "standoff's" where the post's protrude from are made from plastic so they don't transmit electricity. Also for skt 775 mobo's there is a special plastic insert  that YOU MUST install into the backplate prior to affixing it to the mobo. If the install instruction's are followed there will be NO issues :) :) :)

***PLEASE READ***
A note to alll buyers: this cooler does not include foam padding on the backplate! When I installed this on a Rampage Extreme, the backplate shorted out pins; this in turn cause half my memory not to function, and cause my board to not POST. COVER the entire backplate with foam or masking tape makes everything function perfectly. This is why I gave it a 4/5. Otherwise, very pleased with performance.

Merchandise sold by DirectCanada.com carries a limited 15-day customer satisfaction policy and a limited 30-day DOA (dead-on-arrival) policy, from the original invoice date, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
